Returns Policy


Western Kids Emporium- Little Cowgirls & Cowboys, LLC aims to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. To the extent that any provision in our Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the particular offending provision in our Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable.


Returns (refunds or exchanges)

If you are unhappy with your item or if you would like a different size, color, or style of a product, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange an item bought with a valid receipt. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods/items must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels, tags, and packaging.

All products or items listed as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All customized or personalized items also cannot be returned or exchanged, except if they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

Returns Process

To start a return or exchange, please email with the appropriate order details and the reason for the return. Once the request is received, our team will guide you through the process.

We kindly ask for you to cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you have received a damaged or defective product, we will cover the cost of the return postage.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase, within 7 calendar days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, we ask you to contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
